Is Lula a real brokerage?
Lula is powered by My Way Realty, a fully licensed brokerage in Florida with nearly 40 years of experience. Every listing you create through Lula ships under that license — meaning you get full MLS access, portal distribution (Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and more), and licensed brokerage services, all for your $699 flat fee.
Can I really get my listing on Zillow and the MLS?
Yes, completely. Because Lula operates under a licensed brokerage, your listing qualifies for MLS submission. From there it automatically syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Redfin, and all major portals — reaching the full buyer pool, not just a subset of it.
What if FSBO turns out not to be for me?
We built in a safety net from day one. If at any point you decide you'd rather work with a traditional agent, we'll connect you directly with one of our My Way Realty agents and refund your $699 fee. No questions, no pressure.
What does Paramount Title do?
Paramount Title is our dedicated title partner. When your home goes under contract, Lula hands off seamlessly to Paramount to handle the closing, escrow, and title work. You don't have to find a title company — we've already built that relationship for you.
Where is Lula available right now?
Lula is launching in Florida first, starting with Sarasota. We're building carefully to make sure every seller gets the full experience. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as we open in your market.
How is this different from Zillow, Opendoor, or Redfin?
Zillow is a portal — it shows listings but doesn't guide the transaction. Opendoor makes you an offer directly (but at a discount). Redfin offers discounted agents. Lula is the only platform that gives you a full AI-powered toolkit — pricing, marketing, photo enhancement, offer evaluation, and transaction coordination — under a real brokerage license, for a single flat fee.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your listing data, personal information, and documents are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
